Faster processes and additional resources are needed to streamline and improve the passenger experience and meet the surge in demand. Transit passengers make up a significant amount of traffic through hub airports, presenting key opportunities to improve efficiency. The challenge is to remove duplication of processes between key aviation stakeholders and move passengers through each touch point, from the departure airport to the arrival airport, as securely and seamlessly as possible.
