Following the 2012 London Olympic Games, BAM Nuttall was appointed to deliver one of the largest ever construction projects in Europe by creating the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. BAM was tasked with transforming the 2012 London Olympic Park into its post games legacy state, as part of an 18 month, £292m project. BAM took over the entire site perimeter and were responsible for the management of the whole project, which encompassed multiple smaller sites run by other Tier 1 contractors.
